Species

Gellys are a semi-aquatic species that have recently traveled to the turtonic islands. They have a history tracing back to before the fall of the old world and have survived numerous upheavals throughout that time. Their survival is largely due to the air sacs that form at various locations across their body, which fuels air magic to filtrate impurities and magic from their surroundings. Alongside this natural protection from magic, their soft bodies have large fat stores that aid in the regulation of body temperature as well as store nutrients to weather long periods of scarcity. These features all culminate into a hardy creature immune to the effects of naturally occurring magic.
