Sashimimi
Category: Pets
Sashimimi are a common sight among aquatic settlements, often kept as livestock by those dwelling there. Their long bodies grow over time and eventually form a pink section that sheds segments over time. These segments are cuts of fish steak that aquatics use as a regular source of protein, gathering and cooking them up whenever they are available. The older a sashimimi gets the longer its body and the more fish steaks it can produce, the oldest sashimimi being seen as a sign of prosperity for an entire settlement, but the more difficult they are to maintain as they require more food and often will swim to more plentiful waters if a settlement cannot satisfy them. During the summer, these fish flock to the coasts where the First Light Festival is held, with much of the fish served during the festival being gathered from these creatures.

Slimee
A summer variation of the snowree, slimee are an extremely squishy creature well suited to underwater habitats. During the summer they often inhabit the tide pools along the coast during the duration of the First Light Festival. Within their slime-like bodies, a collection of little trinkets can be found, resembling both familiar and unfamiliar creatures that live in the oceans of Mynros. Given their cute appearance and small size, many Mynrosians will collect one or two of these to keep in an aquarium at home since they make for a low-maintenance but unique pet.

Leech Cap
Category: Pets
These odd little leeches have a wide flat mouth and a round conical body, but rather than feast on blood, they seem to be drawn to fall crops. They are known to latch onto a variety of plants but are known to enjoy pumpkins most, giving the plant a cute witchy feeling, since these pets resemble a witch's hat. Rather than being seen as a pest, many farming mynrosians welcome these small creatures since they tend to latch onto crops that perform poorly, culling the plant and allowing the best to remain and produce higher quality crops for winter. These little guys are even encouraged to decorate the pumpkins set outside homes during the season, consuming the pumpkin by the time the season passes and providing a subtle bit of decoration during the slumbering feast.

Evil Lerring
This bizarre variety of...well it has the shape of a lerring so it must be one, right? In any case, this variety of lerring surfaces during the fall to cause a fright. Their alarming appearance and tendency to stare intensely at those who capture their interest play a part in this, but on top of this, they have deceptively light steps meaning that those who encounter them often do so without warning and very suddenly. This can make wandering in nature during this season a harrowing experience, but if you are more adventurous and seek out a haunted house, it's fairly common for mynrosians overseeing the decorating to lay out lures to attract these spooky critters for extra layers of fun.

Novem Wyrm
A strange variety of puff wyrm that has shed their plant-like appearance in favor of appearing more draconic. Instead of feeding on parasites, these little wyrms are drawn to locations with high concentrations of magic. They feed on the energy in these areas to reduce the total magic, and this energy is converted into the materials that form their bodies. For this reason, scales, fur, and horns shed by these wyrms are sought after for various magical inventions. Scales are used for their ability to contain magic energy and the hair when braided makes for effective conduit wires to feed one area of magic into another.
