XTA Rules
• Each XTA will run for one week, to participate you must draw an image or write a piece for the design and submit to the 'Halloween XTA' folder in the on-site gallery.• All entrants must be willing to gift their art/writing to the new owner when winners are announced.
• You may only draw/write once for the design, extra images will not earn extra points and will merely be treated as additional gift art. Your first piece will be the one mods look at when choosing the new owner.
• Winners will be chosen based upon the art that shows the most effort and character, which will be judged by the mods, as well as, the designer of the mhoat.
